Auditions for our upcoming production of Twelfth Night, by William Shakespeare, will be held May 31st. and June 1st, at Webster Presbyterian Church. The production will be performed in late July at the Seabrook Community House and is directed by Christian Tannous.
Twelfth Night is a fast-paced romantic comedy with several interwoven plots of romance, mistaken identities and practical jokes. Separated from her twin brother Sebastian in a shipwreck, Viola disguises herself as a boy, calls herself Cesario, and becomes a servant to the Duke Orsino.

Silent Sky is a play about a whip-smart, headstrong pioneer at the dawn of modern astronomy, Henrietta Leavitt must leave her Wisconsin home to pursue her dream of studying the night sky. But she soon discovers that the distance to the stars is less than the distance
to acceptance in the male-dominated world of turn-of-the-century science. In this magical story of a scientist’s quest for the sky in a society determined to keep a woman in her place, Henrietta and her female peers change the way we understand both the heavens and Earth. This play demands a place at the table for the forgotten women of science and is written by one of our finest contemporary playwrights, Lauren Gunderson.
Silent Sky Auditions will be held June 14th & 15th at Webster Presbyterian Church with performances at The Jet-Pac August 22nd – 31st. Click here for audition details.
